Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into our databases and systems
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Advantages:
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus; Worked in a non-profit organization
