Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate information from Excel and/or Dentrix to eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system.
  • Create patient files, appointments, and enter insurance information, as well as International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and Procedure (CPT) codes.
  • Update and maintain patient records, medical histories, treatment plans, and other relevant healthcare information.

Qualifications:

  • Has good communication skills that can comprehend and communicate clearly.
  • Extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Has basic knowledge of Excel.

Optional:

  • Prior experience in similar data entry roles is a plus.
  • Medical background is not required, but familiarity with healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Experience/knowledge in Article 28 and FQAT in New York is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
