Job Description
Support the implementation of data strategy, policies (data retention and data life cycle), controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Deploy and ensure accuracy in creation/change of data, quality, integrity, and consistency. Responsible for master data set-up, configuration, and maintenance.
Coordinate with business users to ensure that system data is updated and maintained correctly on a regular basis. Act as a focal point in system issues escalation and resolutions with system support teams.
Support the collection and reporting of metrics to measure the quality of data.
Coordinate in executing project management plans from start to finish, to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and meeting quality specifications.
Work with the sourcing team to create, update, and maintain material and supplier lists inside the SAP system and master file.
Work with the sales and customer service team to create, update, and maintain customer lists, customers’ price lists, customers’ mark-up and discount structures inside the SAP system and master file.
Others: Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager from time-to-time.
