Job Description:
The Referrers is currently seeking a Data MIS Manager to join our team. As the Data MIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data systems and databases. You will also develop and enforce data management policies and procedures, ensuring data quality standards are met. In addition, you will be responsible for generating regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and databases.
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments.
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis (1 year)
- Strong knowledge of data quality assurance principles and practices.
- Experience with data reporting and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with a provider of banking products and related financial services.
- Working Set-up: Onsite
- Mondays to Fridays.
