Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a motivated and skilled Data Process Executive to join our dynamic team in Giga Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The ideal candidate should have completed at least 72 units in college or possess a bachelor’s degree.
The role involves handling communications through phone, chat, and email, with a requirement for flexibility in rotational shifts. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, and familiarity with computer applications including MS Office.
Requirements include the ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute, basic geography knowledge, and a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for improvement.
