Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulating, design and deliver AI/ML-based decision-making frameworks and models for business outcomes. Measure and justify AI/ML based solution values.
Research and Development
- Explore, evaluate, and customize machine learning and statistical models to meet specific needs.
- Enhance existing models for improved performance.
- Develop new algorithms and features for product enhancements.
Data Quality
- Set and define standards for data quality checks.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers for data calculations, aggregations, and preprocessing activities.
- Establish best practices and policies for data quality and make strategic recommendations for data handling.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and machine learning.
- Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark is a plus.
- Passionate in learning new things in both technical and functional domains.
- Grit in conducting rigorous research on the latest state-of-the-art approaches.
- Innovative mindset that can drive the development of novel products/solutions.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to project managers and client-facing stakeholders.

Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php150,00.00 per month
