Job Description
STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES, INC. is looking for DATA SCIENTISTS to be assigned in BGC, TAGUIG CITY.
JOB OVERVIEW: As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and deriving actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design experiments, and develop data-driven solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master’s or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations providing insights into business operations and performance.
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and predict future trends.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Maintain documentation of models, methodologies, and processes for transparency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
