Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist at AgentInfinity, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database with accurate and timely information. Your role involves entering data, verifying accuracy, and ensuring data organization. Collaborate with departments for data integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data with precision and speed.
- Verify accuracy through cross-referencing.
- Track task progress daily.
- Maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Assist in developing data entry processes.
- Collaborate for data consistency.
- Perform data quality checks and cleanups.
- Provide general admin support.
Qualifications:
- Proven data entry experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional data management qualifications preferred.
