Job Description
Thurston Software Solutions, Inc. is currently looking for a committed Data Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, research, and providing administrative support. Your primary communication will be with clients, brokers, and agents through email and Monday Boards, thus ensuring accuracy when updating client payment information is crucial.
Key Responsibilities Include: delivering customer support, resolving issues, ensuring billing accuracy, and maintaining effective client communication.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in an IT-related field), strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work night shifts in San Juan City.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 monthly, along with additional benefits.
