Job Description
A Database Administrator (DBA) plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining an organization’s database systems. Responsibilities include ensuring data security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting issues that may arise. DBAs also assist in database design and implementation, as well as performing backups and recovery when needed.
Qualified candidates should have a strong understanding of database management systems, experience with SQL, and knowledge of data protection regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
