Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology/Computer Science or any IT-related course
- Relevant work experience as a Database Administrator is often required, and the level of experience may vary based on the position.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server)
- Knowledge of database design, normalization, and optimization
- Familiarity with database security principles and best practices.
- Experience with data backup, recovery, and migration.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or others, may be beneficial.
