Job Description
We are seeking a Database Manager for our company, Sphere Rocket VA.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the ServiceTitan database
– Handle workflows and daily projects
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate information
– Process rebates and manage documents in Excel and PDFs
– Communicate effectively with customers via Gmail.
Requirements:
– Strong English communication skills
– Experience in database management
– Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
– Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
