TP Davao is currently conducting a one-day hiring process for individuals interested in earning up to Php15,00 monthly through Hotel Reservation, Hotel Account, and Airline Account positions.

Job Description:
- Answering incoming calls from customers or clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
- Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to market products or services.
- Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.
Job Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / College Graduate
- With 6 months Call Center Experience
- Average to Good communication skills
- With or Without BPO/Call Center experience
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
