Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls & provide client assistance
- Communicate with customers via phone & written correspondence
- Handle participant information inquiries
Requirements:
- Open for college graduates and BPO-experienced HS/Senior HS grads
- Good English communication skills
- Onsite work within 25-35km radius
