Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Day Shift Chat Support for Local (Tagalog Account). As a Chat Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries and providing solutions through chat platforms.
- Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance customer support strategies.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English, both written and verbal.
