Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. List of vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate

- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs with professionalism.
- Maintain empathy and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend face-to-face interview at Ortigas.
- At least high school graduate. Fluent in basic English.
- Amenable to onsite work.
Nice to have: Customer service experience.
