Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the following positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs using scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to office-based work.
- Customer support experience required.
- English proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have:
- Previous call center or customer support experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,987.00 per month
