Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Day Shift Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
