Job Description
One-day hiring process to earn up to Php 25,00 monthly at Sapient Philippines Hub.
Position Overview:
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about hotel services
- Resolve customer issues and maintain records
- Meet performance targets for quality service
