Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. Mass hiring for Call Center Agents in Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience required for applicants without College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment options.
- Process payments and refunds according to company policies.
- Help set up payment plans and prepare reports on account activities.
