Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product recommendations.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
