Job Description

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and timely.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist customers with product recommendations based on needs.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
