Position Overview:
Join us for the one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents on our Metro sites. Manage client accounts, facilitate travel bookings, and ensure top-notch customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries on travel products and services
- Assist in booking travel arrangements accurately
- Provide travel destination advice and handle complaints
