- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact without transferring the call when possible.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares relevant information internally and externally and collaborates with colleagues.
