Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco account

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolves customer issues on the first contact whenever possible without transferring.
  • Matches customer needs with Clients’ products and services.
  • Utilizes negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
  • Shares specific information with internal and external clients, fostering collaboration.
