Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We currently have openings for the following positions:
- Chat/Email Hotel Booking Non-Voice
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact, whenever possible, without having to transfer the call.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Communicate specific information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
