Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients, as well as colleagues.
