Job Description
We are currently seeking Freshers to join our team as Dayshift Chat Support personnel. As a Dayshift Chat Support, you will be responsible for assisting our customers through online chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and concerns through chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Update customer information in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required as this is an entry-level position.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and software.
