Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our team. We currently have openings for various accounts such as Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact, minimizing the need for transfers.
- Match customers’ demands with our Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Effectively communicate information to both internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
