Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Dayshift | Chat Support (Non Voice) Online Assistant at SapientBPO – Sucat. Join our team and enjoy the benefits of a one-day hiring process and earning up to 25k monthly.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
