Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible without transferring calls.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
