Caldwell Communications is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Content Moderators.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone or written communication to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, aiming to resolve on the first contact.
- Match customer needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues effectively.
