Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team as a Dayshift – Content Moderator (NON-VOICE) with no experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns via phone or written communication.
- Solve customer issues promptly without transferring calls.
- Match customer needs with company services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer approval.
