Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller.
  • Matches customer demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
  • Uses negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and attain customer buy-in.
  • Communicates specific information to both internal and external clients, as well as shares knowledge with colleagues.
