Magellan Solutions is seeking a dedicated Dayshift Local Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both simple and complex transactions, managing inbound and outbound calls via landline and mobile, as well as engaging through email and social media.

Qualifications include a college degree, acceptable English proficiency, and computer literacy.
