Position Overview:
The Ticketing Account Representative handles inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assisting customers in using the online ticketing platform and resolving technical difficulties.
- Elevating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
