Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly with our mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls regarding ticket inquiries and bookings.
- Assist customers with our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Protect customer information following protocols.
