Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in setting up new accounts and resolving issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain professional and positive customer service.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in related field welcomed but not required.
- On-site work and interview required.
