Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team in various accounts such as Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Match customer needs with clients’ offerings.
- Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
- Communicate with internal and external clients.
