Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our team as Dayshift Non-Voice Agents for Email/Chat Support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns via phone or written communication.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first interaction.
- Match customer needs with company solutions.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
