Position Title: Comp, Perf and Progression Case Associate
Work Setup: Hybrid
Overall Purpose:
The HR Service Delivery Associate is expected to deliver the Operational Business requirements of Employee Compensation and Rewards team.
Responsibilities:
- Will handle reports related to Benefits Admin, Billing, Accrual, Reconciliation, Quality Audit, and more
- People Management and Process Knowledge Transfer
- Escalations and client interactions
- Understanding OPEX requirements

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
Skill and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, good problem solver, independent
- Knowledge in HR process a plus
