Job Description
Work Setup: Hybrid
Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance audits on subcontractor expense reimbursements.
- Audit pre and post-pay charges/expenses.
- Process expense reversals for non-compliant items.
- Respond to audit inquiries.
- Generate audit-related and ad-hoc reports.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of BPO or back office experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Audit experience preferred but not required.
