Job Description
We are currently looking for a Collections Support Specialist to lead a team within the Order to Cash process. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing objectives, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and facilitating Cash Application, Collections, Billing, and Credit Management functions.
This hybrid role requires a minimum of 5 years of Collections experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory position. Candidates who are currently pursuing a college degree and possess relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
