Job Description
The position is responsible for the overall management and implementation of the dealer evaluation program (DEP) and recommends improvements in processes and procedures for effective dealer sales operations. Creates and implements sales standards and processes.
Responsibilities
- Conducts Dealer Audit of over 40 dealers nationwide to assess their sales operations and performance
- Tabulates and consolidates all dealer scores to evaluate dealer sales performance
- Prepares reports for the dealer meeting
- Support the team in the implementation of the Dealer Evaluation Program (DEP) by recommending standard policies and procedures
- Assist in the creation of the Dealer Evaluation Program (DEP) checklist
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
