Job Description
A Dealer Relations Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and distributors on behalf of our company. They play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the company and its dealers.
The primary duties of a Dealer Relations Officer include:
- Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Providing exceptional service and support to dealers regarding product information, promotions, and inquiries.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Handling and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise with dealers in a timely manner.
- Regularly analyzing dealer performance and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
