Job Description
Isuzu Phil is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dealer Sales Admin Manager to enhance our sales operations. This role involves reviewing and evaluating monthly sales performance for public utility vehicles and bus projects, developing strategies to boost sales, and overseeing stock availability. The successful candidate will prepare annual budget proposals and lead a team in implementing strategic activities.
Requirements: Candidates should have a degree in Business Management or a related field, with at least 12 years of sales administration experience (automotive industry preferred) and 5 years in a leadership role. Strong networking, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.
