Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of dealers and achieving sales targets. As a Dealer Sales Manager, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of dealers and ensure their performance meets or exceeds sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide training and support to dealers to improve their sales skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dealer Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
