Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering (IE / ME) / Business / Automotive course
- 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Industry, Teaching, or similar business
- Preferably with supervisory experience in Training function
- Knowledge in automotive industry
- Excellent writing & effective communication skills
- Proficient in MS Windows program & Learning Management System
- Knowledgeable in driving a 4-wheel vehicle
- Can be considered for Technical (General Repair) or Non-Technical (Sales / After Sales) function
Job Overview:
Responsible for planning and implementing Technical or Non-Technical Training to equip dealer associates with expertise based on HCPI’s standards. Analyzing post-training results to evaluate and enhance dealer operations.
