Job Description
- Assists the Warehouse Operation in delivering items purchased and for display across all BLG stores
- Assist the dispatcher in the daily dispatching/routing of delivery trucks and ensure that the Daily Delivery Report is ready for the next day’s delivery
- Monitors the compliance of BLG stores/departments on the completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of delivery documents as well as their attachment
- Monitors the completeness of items to be delivered the next day. Any pending items must be fully coordinated with the concerned BLG store/department
- Coordinates with different BLG stores/departments as to the status of requested delivery
- Assist in booking/reserving delivery trucks to other parties when the need arises
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- No working experience required
- Computer literate and customer-oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
