Job Description

Assists the Warehouse Operation in delivering items purchased and for display across all BLG stores
Assist the dispatcher in the daily dispatching/routing of delivery trucks and ensure that the Daily Delivery Report is ready for the next day’s delivery
Monitors the compliance of BLG stores/departments on the completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of delivery documents as well as their attachment
Monitors the completeness of items to be delivered the next day. Any pending items must be fully coordinated with the concerned BLG store/department
Coordinates with different BLG stores/departments as to the status of requested delivery
Assist in booking/reserving delivery trucks to other parties when the need arises

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
No working experience required
Computer literate and customer-oriented
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
