Job Description
As a Delivery Engagement Leader, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through effective project delivery.
Key responsibilities include leading project teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, identifying risks and issues, and implementing strategies to mitigate them. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
